The nature of the software of Locator is that it can distribute projects into the networks of our partners and clientele in a confidential manner, so relationship confidentiality is maintained.

The project owner must authorise any third party to have access to reporting. Once the project has been released to the project owner, reporting is then made available.

For Locator to be utilised at utmost efficiency and integrity, only the property owner can authorise a listing on Locator. The nature of distribution and access requires that the property information be maintained by the vendor or their representative so as to provide accurate information on sales status to potential buyers and channel agents. However, should you like to nominate or register your client on the system to prevent the possibility of another agent to claim your client on a project, that would ensure the client relationship would be recognised. Also, if a client proceeds to contract, the project owner’s solicitor would be notified and the client’s details would be revealed.

The nature of Locator allows for each company to both confidentially share projects with their network, but also to nominate/register their clients in the system once there is engagement on a project or lot. If a developer attempted to by-pass your ownership of a relationship, then it would be very easy to prove who has the client first and therefore protect your commission in the event of a sale. This in itself discourages and inhibits this kind of behaviour.

Locator is unable to disclose or discuss network information to anyone. Only the Companies which share a project to another company and user are aware of that share occurred. The Project Owners are made aware of metrics in volume only of how a project has been shared, viewed and the detailed information that lies within the analytics of an interactive masterplan such as traffic acquisition, which lots viewed and for how long, and if there has been a conversion (on an enquiry form).
